How can I book with you?

You can book with us via the Contact Us page, email or DM (Instagram) and we will aim to come back to you within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).

How can I secure my booking?

You can secure your booking with a non-refundable deposit, all bookings come on a first come, first serve basis so paying a deposit or in full secures your booking date.

Where are you based?

We are London based, but can travel anywhere nationwide or internationally.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we can deliver helium balloons directly to your door via courier. Please note, delivery only covers London, Essex & Kent.

How long does set up take?

Set-up time is dependent on what design you go for, but we advise a minimum of 1hr 30minutes to set-up.

How long do the balloons last for?

We only use the highest quality of balloons to ensure that your installation gets the longest life span. Indoor balloon installations can last for a very long time in the right conditions (some have lasted 3 months!). Outdoor installations tend to have a much shorter life span (48 hours or so) due to weather conditions.

How much time in advance can you set up?

For indoor installations, they can be set-up the day before the event. For outdoor installations we advise to set-up on the actual day of the event.

We take pride in our work to ensure that your balloon installation is created to the highest possible standard.

Once we leave the event premises or after balloons have been delivered, we are not responsible for any damages that occur once we have left.

If a balloon pops, or is damaged on our person, we will be responsible for replacing the balloon or ensuring a full refund if for any reason we cannot fulfil your original order.
